DAILY HIGH WORKOUTS
I will get you fired up to do a 30 minute workout 6 days a week. How? Because although they are cleverly designed to target all of your fitness needs, we focus on having fun and feeling good. It’s a burpee and push up free zone!
Combat * Ballet Sculpt * Dance Cardio * Pilates Sculpt * Core Blast * Yoga Flow * Arm Sculpt * Legs, Bums and Core.
The workouts are live in the Facebook Group and you can do them as they happen, or at a later time at your convenience.
ONE SMALL CHANGE RECIPES
Quick, healthy, family friendly recipes. Minimum ingredients, maximum taste.
– A Facebook Group where you will receive support, motivation, tips and accountability from me and a community of like-minded women.
Private Coaching (Online and in person)
The foundation is a 2 hour deep dive consultation. At the end of this this session you will walk away with a fitness and nutrition plan built around you and your lifestyle. And if you want me to help you embed your plan into a routine, you can book further sessions with me for ongoing motivation and accountability.

This session not only provides health and fitness advice, but also encourages team bonding through a shared goal, and increased productivity levels through elevated energy levels and morale.
This is especially important during the current Coronavirus pandemic where the majority are working from home and missing out on daily contact with team members.

A bit about me
I am a personal trainer and nutritionist specialising in effective 30 minute workouts for professional women over 35.
With previous careers in law and lecturing, I know how difficult it is to accommodate health and fitness into everyday life.
After my third child, I left corporate and started creating fun workouts that also delivered results, without being impossible and gruelling. By transforming exercise from a daily chore to a daily high, I have helped thousands of women become fitter, leaner and happier. First through Fuse-Fit, my fitness class franchise, and now through the female FITNESS hub, enabling you to get fit from your home.
I live in Glasgow with my husband, 3 children and miniature labradoodle Charlie.
